Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

• Cash-on-Delivery confirmation

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information is clearly incorrect
• Payment cannot be verified
• Contact or delivery information is incomplete
• The address is outside courier coverage
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive
• There is repeated refusal of confirmed orders

If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by Dreamzy Toys, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. PAYMENTS

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

For advance payments, an order may not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, remote locations, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
